We have established in 1957(64 years) and highly advanced constructed infrastructure, where we ably perform our all business related tasks as well as operations.

Infrastructure

Equipped with the state-of-the art infrastructure, Sunder Sham uses regularly updated responsible and sustainable production technologies. Clean, congenail and commensurate environment keeps the work force motivated. The process and machinery employed are consistent with the quality management system in place. There are separate many sections which are mention below:-

We have the following infrastructures in house

1. MACHINING Machining of all the parts manufactured in house and about 15 machines are installed to get the Machining.

2. MOULDING PLASTIC We have four moulding machines in house for manufacturing plastic items of any kind .from 100 gms capability to 450gms moulding component.

3. PRESS SECTION We gave 12 mechsnicsl power press ranging from 5ton capacity to 200 tons capacity.

4. HEAT TREATMENT We have two Roatary heat treatment furnace semi automatic running round the clock.

5. POWER HOUSE We have our own 11KV own power house for getting power 11000 volt ,then to transfer to our own requirement of 440 volts with help of our own Transpoformer and control panels.

6. POWER BACK UP Power failure normally occurs in Punjab. We have adequate power back up in house . Two gen Sets 70kva and 250 kva gensets are standing operating in case power failure.

7. ASSEMBLY SECTION Any type of assembly of component could be assembled in our factory with Pneumatic Guns.

8. SUFFICIENT SPACE we have about 27,000 Sq. Ft covered area for smooth flow of the material man ,machines.

9. NICKEL PLATING To give final touch to our production of the components, we have our Nickel plant in house.

10. ZINC PLATING For getting Nuts Bolts and Washer in zinc finish yellow or blue we have 6 Barrels and one Tank.

11. 9R & D CENTRE We are maintaining quality only by means of in house standard Room. Quality at different operations is checked by our qualified staff.

12. LABORATARY We have our own Labourtary to check thick Ness of the Nickel, zinc deposit on the component.

13. QUALIFIED WORK FORCE We have our quality control team who is inspecting the material from raw material to finished products.

14. EXPERIENCE The management is having fourth years experience in the line.

15. We have well qualified professional post graduation MBA. Work force far domestic and international

16. We have seprate tractor part manufacturing section where cnc machines are producing quality precision components
